Gardening does help you feel better.

As a follow up to a previous study demonstrating the health effects of taking time out to be in nature, here is a short article on the benefits using gardening to help manage episodes of depression. Gardens are found in nature! Helping plants grow has many benefits, cleaner air, prettier landscape, diverse ecosystem and finally a sense of well being for you!
